This Privacy Policy explains how Touchstone Labs, Inc. ("Touchstone", "we", "us") collects, uses, and shares information when you use our app, website, and physical products. This is a template — replace the bracketed guidance with policy reviewed by your counsel before launch.
Information we collect
Account information. When you create an account we collect your name, email address, and authentication details.
App content & habits. The goals, Focus routines, notes, and screen-time insights you create in the app are stored so we can provide the service. Screen-time and app-usage data is processed to power your dashboard and stays private to you by default. On iOS this relies on the permissions you grant through Apple's Screen Time framework.
Squad information. If you join a Squad, the goals, challenges, and progress you choose to share are visible to your Squad members. You control what is shared in Settings.
Order information. When you buy a Touchstone device we collect your shipping address and payment confirmation. Card details are processed by our payment provider (Stripe) and are never stored on our servers.
Usage data. We collect limited analytics about how the app and site are used to improve the product.
How we use information
We use your information to operate and improve the service, fulfil and ship your orders, personalize your experience, provide support, and send transactional messages. We do not sell your personal information.
How we share information
We share information only with service providers who help us run Touchstone — such as payment processing (Stripe), hosting, fulfilment, and email delivery — under contracts that require them to protect your data. We may disclose information if required by law.
Data retention & your rights
You can export or permanently delete your data at any time from within the app. Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict the processing of your personal data. To exercise these rights, email hello@touchstone.so.
Children's privacy
Touchstone is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from them.
