Getting started with the app
Download Touchstone free on iOS or Android and create an account. The app works on its own for screen-time insights, goals, and Squads — the device adds the physical tap.
Pairing your Touchstone device
Open the app, go to Settings → My Devices, and tap your phone against the Touchstone. Assign it a Focus routine — which apps to pause and for how long. No battery or charging required.
Setting up Focus & app blocking
Choose the apps you want to pause during Focus. A tap on the device starts and ends a session. On iOS, you'll grant Screen Time permission so Touchstone can pause those apps.
Squads & challenges
Invite friends by link to form a Squad, set a shared goal or weekly challenge, and cheer each other on. You control exactly what you share with your Squad in Settings → Privacy.
Managing your subscription
Touchstone Plus is billed through the App Store or Google Play. Manage or cancel anytime from your device's subscription settings — your data stays intact on the free plan.
Account & data
You can export or permanently delete all of your data from Settings → Privacy. Deleting your account is immediate and irreversible.
Shipping & returns
We ship to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, and Australia. Orders typically dispatch within 2–4 business days; you'll receive tracking by email. Shipping is free on orders over $75.
Touchstone devices can be returned within 30 days in original condition for a full refund, and every device is covered by a 1-year warranty against defects — if yours arrives damaged or stops working, we'll replace it at no cost. Start a return by emailing support@touchstone.so.
Accessibility
We want Touchstone to be usable by everyone. The app supports Dynamic Type, VoiceOver, and high-contrast modes, and we test our website against WCAG 2.1 AA guidance. If you encounter a barrier, please tell us at support@touchstone.so and we'll prioritize a fix.
