Terms of Service

You must be at least 13 years old to use the app. You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your login credentials secure. Use Touchstone only for lawful, personal purposes.

You own the goals, Focus routines, notes, and usage insights you create in the app. You grant us a limited license to store and process that content solely to provide the service to you. We do not claim ownership of your content and will not use it for advertising.

The core app is free. Optional subscriptions (Touchstone Plus) and physical products are billed at the prices shown at checkout. Subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play are managed and renewed through your app store account, subject to their terms.

Touchstone devices ship to the countries listed at checkout and may be returned within 30 days in original condition. Every device is covered by a 1-year limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. See our Support page for details.

Touchstone supports building healthier digital habits. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical, psychological, or professional advice. The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Touchstone Labs, Inc. will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you through the app or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
